VoIP: Using your broadband service for phone calls

VoIP is a relatively new and developing way to make both voice and video calls at low rates using your broadband connection. You can use your computer with some software and a headset for products like Skype or you can plug in a normal phone with a product like Engin. These are just two common examples, a quick Google search will find more or take a look at VoIP Choice.
